I looked at many utility slings before purchasing this one and I have to say I got the right size first time although most reviews said it was they would have issues and you had to come back for a proper fit but mine fit perfectly and I already attach my gear the way I want it. I love the fact that it's 2 1/4" wide and I just always leave the inside strap on as I wanted the duty strap to fit over my clothes anyway and it's very comfortable. The only downside is that the Buckle is slightly different and slides out to release but the ends are not sewn on so you can swap out the buckle for your favorite buckle in seconds Overall the best performance belt I could find and I'm very happy with mine, and I bought it for a lot less than many other belts that I doubt are as good as this one.
