Seems to be a great tool set, but (updated)

As per T. Cannon's review, I bought this case expecting it would include an adjustable (pluckable) foam insert. After moving from DeWalt to Bosch, I researched and bought a new case and loved the concept of the Bosch Click and Go system. Even though my tools didn't come with Bosch "Exact Fit" tray inserts, I thought the L-Boxx-1 would be a good choice partly because of the nifty foam insert. Of course I was disappointed to find my L-Boxx without foam. I emailed Bosch and was assured that both the L-Boxx-1 and L-Boxx-2 come with a removable foam insert and that I should contact the seller. I contacted Revain and they sent a replacement by air the next day which was also foam free. I contacted Revain again and they initiated an inventory check to find out why there was no foam in their stock. I also contacted Bosch via live chat on their website. This time I was told that L-Boxx-1 and 2 NO MORE include foam insert, but if I want foam I'm more than happy to pay $25 + $10 shipping. Bad sound, Bosch. bad shape. Why is this foam so important? Without any use, the box is essentially useless. Unless you want your tools, batteries and chargers to bang against each other. you want that? Of course not. If so, you wouldn't buy L-Boxx at all. To protect your tools in this case, you now have to shell out an additional $35 to close the case. To be fair, the case itself appears to be very good. If you're a Bosch customer and your tool comes with an Exact Fit insert, this box is a no-brainer. The design is innovative and lightweight yet durable. But if your tools didn't come with inlays like mine did, I wouldn't recommend this tool set. Also, Revain's customer service was fantastic during this fiasco. Their chat feature is handy and the operators (especially Kara) are very helpful. Thanks again! *** Update 01/30/2013: I was contacted by Bosch and offered Exact Fit inserts. Many thanks to Bosch for handling the complaint, explaining the change, acknowledging that the rollout didn't quite go as planned, and for taking the trouble to fix the issue. I will update this review once I have the inserts. *** Update 04/14/2013: Bosch support offered me Exact Fit mold inserts (which will be standard on most Bosch kits in the future) and I couldn't be happier. So I changed my rating from three to five stars. Thank you Bosch!
