Review on Sierra International 23 3303 Impeller Kit by Melota Phillips

Simple mount for my Kohler Marine Generator. My generator failed and overheated (in the middle of vacation at the pier, of course). There was no seawater outlet and I knew it had to be the impeller (my seacocks and through hulls were checked for cleanliness). If you have an exercise bike handy, this is a 10 minute DIY project with minimal tools. A very simple solution. I have a Kohler 6.5cz generator from the early 2000's. Don't forget to replace the rubber seal on the impeller cover (included in the kit) at the same time. Also try to account for the lack of impeller blades when removing the old impeller. Dish soap makes a great lube to get it back on the spindle.
