After a few weeks one of the metal clips broke. The product still works, although it's a bit more difficult to use. I emailed the company and received an immediate response from Rich. I included photos of the broken part and he immediately emailed me a USPS tracking number for a new belt. I haven't received it yet, but I have no doubt it's on the way. I broke another clamp in the meantime. but this time I saw what happened. I slid the clamp down to the ring and when I was doing tricep push ups with the ring, the ring applied a force directly to the clamp and that's what broke it. Now I understand that it broke because I used it wrong. Just make sure the clamp piece isn't near the ring when you put your weight on the rings and I'm sure it won't break. I have now ordered a second pair because as I said it was my fault that broke the clips (the first time I had no idea what caused the breakage). I think they work very well and are very cheap and the customer service is clearly top notch.
