I had to reach out to the seller for help, received crappy picture instructions that made it seem like an easy, flip-up clasp system, but that is not the case. Here in Calif., Rain and snow really aren't the issue. It's the Sun. Summer time Sun and heat take a toll on the exterior finish and plastic and rubber trim. This cover is the best way to fight back. It fit's quite well. It also has 3 straps that go under the trailer and connect to the other side allowing to secure the cover from flapping in the wind. I used this stabilizer jack to replace one I damaged (it wasn’t all the way up when I moved the trailer). The replacement was easy to install. It took about 45 minutes to complete because of the need to move JT Strongarm hardware from the old one to the new one. Actual installation was removing 3 screws and one bolt (each RV maker differs) and then reversing the process. Pretty sure these are slightly smaller than a normal table tennis ball. Still, it's a lot of ping pong balls for not much money. So, worth the $10 bucks.
