Got this for my mom, who unfortunately got diagnosed with a bunch of medical issues. Anyway, the clasp on this is a pain in the rear end. I had to reach out to the seller for help, received crappy picture instructions that made it seem like an easy, flip-up clasp system, but that is not the case. I like everything about it, we were able to make it smaller so it would fit, as it came with a tool. The only reason why I don't give it 5 stars is because it looked finer on the picture that in real. It's actually quite bulky and I would not have choosen it if had had known that.

One pin is loose and keeps falling out. Band is bigger than I thought. Bulky. You can’t easily see the back of the bracelet for the info, no way to get at it in emergency unless you take it off to look. Not what I expected.

I have resisted wearing a medical bracelet for a while because I was turned off by the way they looked. This one blends well with my aesthetic. I wear it on the same wrist with my Apple Watch of the same color combo. They look great together. I feel good now that others will be able to identify my needs n an emergency.

It is a very pretty bracelet but the finish on it is wearing off after only wearing it for a couple of weeks. I wear it everyday while I am at work in a school. Very disappointed.

This product looks great when it comes. The band is very good quality. The actual piece with the medical emblem that's engraved is very poor quality. It scratches easily and is already looking old and worn. I won't purchase again because of this.
