The needle is too big to fit into the holes

This thing has one job: to plug the tire so you can keep driving. I had the bad experience of using this tool twice on my commute to work. Not once have I been able to fit a giant cylinder (aka a poorly designed needle) into a puncture to fix my tire. Also, the O-ring doesn't hold the top in place and it fell apart in my bag a couple of times. The CNC machining is well done. Unfortunately the design is not very good. Looks like they didn't even test this thing before launching it.
