First, the batteries shipped with this junk were full, lasted less than 3 hours and died. If you're looking to buy them I'd go for the battery-free option as these handa batteries are nothing more than junk in a landfill. I strongly recommend buying rechargeable batteries for this, otherwise you will end up spending a lot of money on disposable batteries. Second, the constant lighting is nice, but when you turn on the fade option, half of them change color faster than the rest, meaning you can't sync them up so they fade at the same speed and colors. Obviously a defect. I don't hate them - they look good when they work properly, but there has to be quality control to make sure they all work the same. UPDATE: Color Sync on Fade kinda worked on its own so I'm very happy with it now.
