I like the fact that it is an independent and the way they treat their staff. Their rates are fair and sometimes I get a discount. Not much, but there are instances. I have had a problem or a question. They are very friendly. They are honest. If the client is not happy with the services, it is a waste to use and they take the loss. There is nothing. When they are honest, they are transparent. The ability to have a professional and experienced person to talk to, and understand what you are looking for. The system is very easy to use and to understand. The cost and time involved in getting things done is quite high. We are solving our problems that we have with the current carrier we currently use. The problems we are solving are the cost, time, and lack of service.
