Poor quality control
The package arrived and the floss was not vacuum sealed which is important as it will absorb water and the floss will break if you don't know how to dry it. It was in a bag but it looked like a balloon, it's not that hard to dry but I'd rather do it because I left it, not because I bought it and I need it. Will definitely not buy again.
