I was happy to try this product and would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the sound quality. I've tried this on two different PC systems with two different software applications (OBS Studio, Pot Player) and both had audio issues. The audio has a noticeable pop every few seconds. It looks like the sound is cut off, but not because the volume is too high. This is also random as the audio appears in different places when I record the same segment of video. CPU usage while recording is only 9% and I connected (even swapped) it over USB 3.0 with high quality HDMI cables. I've been diagnosing this for hours and it's frustrating. UPDATE: I fixed this by changing the advanced properties under Windows Sound for this device. On the Burn tab, change the default format from 44100 CD Quality to 48000 DVD Quality. Popping is no longer present in my records!
