Not a fan Tablet Accessories

Before typing on this keyboard I was really excited. The keyboard was the same length as my iPad Air, which meant it felt right at home when using it. The Bluetooth connection was fast and I had no trouble setting it up. The construction felt solid, so I felt confident that I could toss it in my bag without worrying about it breaking. Finally, it was really light and flat so carrying it around wasn't a problem. But then I started using it and was immediately disappointed. In order to use this keyboard, I have to slow down significantly, otherwise it just doesn't register all my keystrokes. When I type faster, I don't hit each key so hard that I save time by moving to the next key. However, this keyboard has issues with key registration unless you actually press them. So I have to slow down my typing to make sure I'm pressing hard and long before moving on to the next key. In fact, it was bad enough that the typing speed on my iPad screen was much faster than typing on the keyboard, which really hampered the functionality of the keyboard. My second issue is that the backspace key is just tiny. Every other key on the keyboard looks like it should be where it is. As a result, I have no trouble typing without looking at the keyboard as I've already gotten used to the layout. But when I need to delete something, I often hit the = key because that's where the backspace key should extend. After all, a keyboard that is difficult for you to type on is not a good keyboard.
