I was impressed with this from the moment I opened the box. The bar is sturdy, like you would find at any notable gym and the "nubby" grips provide a secure grip that I like better than the smoother ones at a gym. Great addition to any home gym pulley/cable machine.
- This was a great addiction to my cable machine. Very well made and very comfortable.
- The pulley system is not easily adjustable for varying resistance levels
