Sent back next day after receipt.

Blue screen crashed twice within 8 hours of installation. Wi-Fi connects to USB and has terrible range. Returned the next day. I blame myself for not buying a really new computer. I can't say anything about the internal components, they didn't open it. Dropping it so quickly/often didn't give us any reason to worry about the interior as we already knew we would be sending it back. Well, live and learn. At least I get a refund.
