The charging cable is not included and must be purchased separately.
I needed a new car charger after it died. I like this one because it glows blue at the top when it's on, and in some cars it keeps charging even when you turn the car off. What I didn't understand was that there was no cable in the kit, just a plug. You need to buy a cable that goes from the item you want to charge to the charging connector.
