This is a good watch. When the battery is inserted, the hands are automatically set to 12 o'clock. The clock then waits to receive a radio signal with the correct time and sets itself according to the correct time of day. When I put the battery in the watch, it set itself to 12:02. When he got the radio time signal, the time was consistently two minutes faster. The seller sent me an email asking me to leave a good review. I responded by saying how my watch is doing and asking what I can do about it. I didn't want to return the watch because I would have to risk traveling to a coronavirus infected world to send it back. After three weeks I still haven't received a reply, so I assume the seller doesn't care. I assumed the clock wasn't assembled properly so I took it apart to get to the hands. I was able to remove the second hand from the top and the minute hand from the bottom and reset the clock to 12:00 by removing and reinserting the battery. After this process was complete, I carefully set the minute hand to the correct 12 o'clock position and then replaced the second hand in the same manner. Now the clock correctly shows the exact time and works perfectly. Too bad I had to fix it myself and not the seller. I think that's the way the world is these days. So it's a good watch if properly assembled before shipping. Hope this helps someone else who is having the same problem!
