The support team was very helpful in answering all of our questions about their platform - even though they were not working directly from within ADX (they are located elsewhere). I would highly suggest taking advantage if this opportunity! They have been extremely responsive throughout my engagement as well; always willing/able answer any question or concern we had during implementation process AND after launch too- which has made me feel confident going into future engagements where there will likely be some initial concerns around learning new toolsets etc.. We implemented them because at first glance everything looked great but also needed someone who could see past just what looks good without actually understanding how things work behind closed doors so to speak.- This being said however once onboarded by adindex themselves you realize exactly why your looking forward towards using such services rather than doing something yourself when possible / practical. Overall happy customer experience thus far :) My only real dislike right now.
