The team at adindex are always very quick to respond and will work overtime when needed (even holidays). We have worked closely at all phases of our campaigns in terms of planning/delivery etc since this was first announced until now - so we do know how they operate! Sometimes I find their delivery methods can be frustrating but overall very efficient service provided by them.- Not always fully aware which results are produced from ad networks vs website changes (sometimes you need 2 weeks or 3 months) - however once those are known then great info & reporting delivered quickly afterwards.
