Quality is top notch, happy with everything.
Pros: By far, my favorite basic office chair. And the options for a mesh back and lumbar support are top notch:) Told you so: After two years, it started to creak for me, however I have a very nimble sitting style. In my experience, coworkers rarely have issues with creaking.
