Seems to help

I've been taking these capsules for about a month now. I take them for two main reasons: weight management and reducing inflammation associated with intestinal disorders. Both of these problems are basically lifelong and I did some research to at least find supplements that can help with weight management. An added benefit of CLA was that it helped me cope with an upset stomach. It was generally considered safe by medical experts and had a low risk of irritating other conditions I deal with on a daily basis. Trust me I've been really good with my diet in the past and I would run to lose mass. I lost 60 pounds before fractured a vertebra in my back. The weight returned, and then a little. I lost hope and stopped exercising. In the end, I got fed up with being back in this body and turned my attention back to my health. My diet changed, I started exercising every day again (this time with little effect) and started adding non-stimulant supplements. CLA was one such supplement. My research has shown me that these supplements are the safest as long as I'm using CLA supplements that contain the legal Tonalin. Jarrow Formulas was apparently one of the companies using real Tonalin, so this was the first CLA supplement I tried. . Do I attribute all of the weight loss to CLA? Absolutely not, because I've worked hard. But I also believe that taking a broader approach to diet, exercise and supplementation made things easier this time around. It's not the only thing that got me this far, not too far, but this time I started eating right and exercising because I wanted to lose weight and I managed to lose weight more easily. My honest opinion is that it was this supplement in combination with other supplements and multivitamins that got me to this point. Personally, I haven't experienced the side effects that other people might experience - nausea, indigestion, allergic reactions, insulin resistance. (The latter, to be honest, bothered me a bit because diabetes runs rampant in my family.) My experience is 100% mine. I am in no way suggesting that this will be everyone's experience. Do your research and see if you think this might be right for you.
