Got my first one as a wedding present and after 5 years it makes toast, makes a medium pizza, grills chicken breasts, reheats food very well, cooks cornbread very well. Convection is on point, making this a very useful tool in the kitchen. This was the BEST toaster I have used in years and when my mother in law asked for a replacement I ordered this for her. Hands down is a great unit. My pins and silkscreen have NOT worn out, it's necessary to keep the inside clean as it's convection and you don't need a greasy fire or smoke. Do a thorough cleaning and it will serve you well.
