I've tried a few whitening kits and I don't like that the trays or trays don't fit close on your teeth and this means it is more difficult for you to keep your teeth in contact with the bleach. This solves that problem by allowing you to make custom aligners to fit your teeth. You just dip them in hot water until they start to shrink. Then you put them in your mouth, bring them close to your teeth and bite. After a while the pans will hold their shape. You can't use them with LED lights, but you can ensure that any whitening product comes close to your teeth. It works well. You can also warm them up and reshape them.
