December 22, 2016 Thanks to Pluggable's great active support, I'm increasing my rating to five stars. After I posted my review, support contacted you to explain that the issue I was having was due to my USB 2.0 device not working well with the dock's USB 3.0 ports and that it was strictly pluggable docks was. Also, they offered me a 2.0 port adapter for free and shipped it to me to connect two devices. Arrived quickly and works as promised. December 19, 2016 I've been using the Plug-in Dock recommendation for a while and recently upgraded to this version for personal use. I'm using this in conjunction with a 2012 MacBook Pro and it's been great. I like the smaller footprint of this hub and the dual monitor support works great. One issue I noticed is that when I switched to a wireless keyboard, typing became very slow and inconsistent. Sometimes he's perfect, sometimes he doesn't respond at all. I thought Mac didn't want to work well with Microsoft hardware, but experienced the same thing with Logitech. And when I connect the receiver directly to the Mac, there is no problem. I didn't have this problem with a wired keyboard, and it didn't matter if I used the front or rear ports.
