I'm always willing to try on a new diaper for my son, especially if it's eco-friendly. I've tried all the diapers and have a few favorites. My son is almost 2 years old now and I have found that he needs different diapers for various reasons. Lately we use Fisher Price during the day, Coterie when we need something really absorbent (especially when he's teething and has dirtier diapers), Pampers 360 when I need a pull up style, and for the night we use Hello Bello Night Diapers or haggis sleepovers. He's wearing a size 6, that's all. I had no idea what size to order because the sizes seemed confusing. The purchase options were S, M, L and XL. They have been numbered in the photos (XL is a size 5). I'm not sure what the discrepancy is, so I followed the weight recommendations. My son is always measured earlier than the recommended weight on the packages so I went for XL. For size reference, he is 23 months old, weighs 29 pounds and wears 3T clothing. The recommended weight range for the XL was 26+ pounds; however L fits 20-31 lbs. 🤷🏻♀️ It could be either way! You are so soft! They have a cool plastic or rubberized area that has an adhesive tape attached that's nice and grippy. There is a humidity indicator. They seem quite wide compared to other diapers we use (see photo for size comparison). I was afraid they would be too big until I put them on him. They may be a little big, but they still fit well and don't irritate or leave red marks. HOORAY! I prefer his diapers to be a little bigger now that he's drinking more and has more products. 💦 Not sure if they differ in absorbency from other diapers, but they seem to be better than other non-branded or store-bought generics. In fact, I find them very similar to Coterie, both in shape and absorbency. They are also much cheaper! They cost around $0.55 each, while Coterie is closer to $1. I still plan on using a night diaper before bed, but they can work in a pinch. If you are unsure of which size to order, please refer to the weight guidelines. If you are between two sizes, you can always go up to the next size. If they seem too big, simply fold the belt over before taping it in place. You know they'll grow into her in no time! Hope that helps!
