Although this stand serves its purpose, I don't trust it to last long. It's very shaky. I would not recommend putting a heavy monitor on it. I use the bottom open area to slide the keyboard down, the second tier is my dock and headset, and the first tier is my laptop and its cooling pad. Behind and below that is my monitor stand so that all my devices are together. The wires are a mess at the moment but I just feel it. The wood used is good enough, but I feel like there isn't much structural support to lean it left or right. A solid floor or crossbar should fix this but finds the product unsuitable for my purposes. I'll probably add brackets to the shelves and side panels to add more stability, although I'm not sure if this will solve the structural issue.
