socks are soft, fit well and conform to the size chart. They are warm and cosy. The only downside is how tight the top elastic is. I have a medium calf, 13 inches (if it helps anyone decide whether to buy or not) and these socks are very tight. I can't wait to take them off at the end of the day and they leave marks on my legs. While the socks were still damp, I stretched them out over BIG cans, hoping the socks wouldn't be so tight on top once dried. The elasticity is strong and stretching does not matter. If the manufacturer could redesign these socks to have more generous top cuffs, that would be perfect.
