Cloud based ticketing software which is easy to use

I like that it has an in-built help desk system for tickets which can be assigned to agents as well or just anyone who wants access via their computer (which we do). We also use this same program at our office where people are able assign them selves tasks without having someone else physically there - so you get more productivity from your team when they're not sitting around waiting! There's no way of adding new emails into my inbox automatically if its sent directly through email address instead being added manually by me each time i receive one? That would save loads off work!! Not much but worth mentioning because others may experience similar issues too. Its great overall though once again easy set up process & nice features available right outta box such us ticket management etc I love that it has so many features which makes my work easier! The dashboard for tracking all issues at once would be great if you have more than one project or team working together in your business to keep things organized. Nothing really bad about this product but maybe some improvements could come up like an offline mode option. This tool helped me organize tasks better by providing different options of tickets management along with help center feature too.
