Bought these for my husband who had a pair of sherpa lined side slippers which were great in the winter. Because of his wide foot and high arch, he had never been able to wear flip-flops. These shoes fit perfectly and although I would have preferred them a half size smaller, he likes them as they are. I see a small part at the back that is too big. A size smaller than (12) is too small. The company sent them very quickly (Zappos) and I'm happy with it too.
