Bought these for my husband who had a pair of sherpa lined side slippers which were great in the winter. Because of his wide foot and high arch, he had never been able to wear flip-flops. These shoes fit perfectly and although I would have preferred them a half size smaller, he likes them as they are. I see a small part at the back that is too big. This is a type of closed sandal, a mix between sandals and moccasins. I almost never wear other shoes. You may have an odor problem if you like wearing sandals without socks, but these wrap balls work well at night.
