The packaging says it can be used for handrails and the packaging is true! It also works great on concrete and helps prevent wheels from sticking. If you're planning on using it for skateboarding, one block will do and you'll have plenty left over if you want to get into candle making or whatever. I cut a block into 5 pieces that would probably cost $5-$10 each if they had a cool skate company logo printed on them. I strongly recommend this instead of such overpriced nonsense. And remember - smooth is better than sticky!
