Buy 2 sizes up as it shrinks A LOT after washing.
Great product, material but I definitely bought 2 sizes bigger as cotton shrinks after 1 wash and dry. My daughter wears a 7/8 but I bought a 10/12 and after washing they fit perfectly.

- If you put them in the wash, the seam on the inside of the leg will completely unravel. They haven't even been worn yet.
