Very good model at a very good price. If it worked it would be a really good trip computer. It's not like this. I took the car out of the box and loaded it. He booted into Windows 10 and everything looked pretty good. But just to be sure, I went into the pre-boot menu (by pressing F-12 when you see the Dell logo) and ran diagnostics. Testing an SSD with a critical error (2000-0151) immediately raised an alarm indicating that the SSD was on the verge of death and needed to be replaced. Damn. I immediately arranged for the defective computer to be returned. The seller did a good job with the refund. But this problem shouldn't have been there from the start. For some reason the seller's technician did not notice this. Apparently, the computer's SSD wasn't even checked. A signed checklist included with the shipment covers processor, RAM, optical drives, screen resolution, etc.; But there is no mention of checking SSD. If I hadn't thought about doing a diagnosis, I wouldn't have noticed this shortcoming either. I wonder how many customers actually test things like this. Therefore, I recommend the following: If you purchase a Revain "Certified Refurbished" computer, run a diagnostic immediately. If all tests pass, you have a good computer at a good price. If the tests fail, your only inconvenience is to send the device back.
