Good thing, be careful when applying.

Works well, but you have to prepare and try. Some people seem to have a lot of problems with this product. Based on my limited experience I suggest the following: 1. Make sure the surface is clean. Really clean. Extra clean.2. Use alcohol to prepare the surface. If you lose color when drinking alcohol, I doubt that substance will stick. 3. Let it dry. I suspect it will take a full day of warm weather to fully dry. I've never seen this run due to rain or washing, but probably would if it didn't have enough time to dry.4. For me it doesn't work on hard, non-porous, shiny plastic. It works great on my bumpers and plastic door handles. It doesn't work on the plastic above my A-pillars and between my windows. Different kind of plastic. I don't know the technical differences. If it has a glossy finish, this stuff most likely won't work. On the wiper housing I needed several coats. It was badly faded - the 11-year-old car was constantly driving in bad weather. After the first coat of paint it was stained and stained. Less after the 2nd layer. Looked great after the 3. Had to go harder in places.6. I cover it with sealer or a coating (something like CarPro Pearl or Dlux - there are cheaper options too). When the native plastic fades in the sun and rain, it naturally fades. The best way to keep it functional is to coat it with something that repels water and blocks UV rays. Yes, it's more work. My hood and other parts now look almost new. Other products have helped them look better. This made them much darker and lasted much longer. It's not forever. But I expect it to last a few years with at least some protection.

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options
