Item will arrive as you see it; the quality is ok for the price. Holds up well the first time you use it. All good things end here. This product did NOT work. My fingers are worn and peeled. not be pushed, pulled, squeezed, twisted, or done all at once while attempting to use this product. I thought I was smart about getting the right tool for the job, but I don't think it's the right tool. Unless I'm lacking in technique (I've watched the video, read the package, and seen a three-picture guide here), you'd better find a better tool. After trying for about 1.5 hours I dropped the decoupling tool and used a couple of mini screwdrivers as wedges to stick the spring out. I'm sure the right tool is there, but I didn't find it here.
