Review on Tech Observer Staffing by James Gregg

I worked with them for over 2 years as an analyst / Project Manager - mainly working remotely from Spain through oDesk/Upwork platform (freelance platforms).I found out that they are very professional and have good knowledge about different industries so it would be quite easy if you want someone who is willing to learn new things or wants to grow their skillset fast! The only thing i can think of which was not my decision but rather theirs- communication process could probably make some improvements and improve customer experience while interacting online via emails & chat etc.- sometimes there were occasions where we had no clue what exactly our manager wanted us do next after he asked me "what's your plan?".

Sometimes this lack of clarity made life difficult when trying work something else within limited time frame without getting paid properly afterwards due to client being late with payments at times:-(.
