I have never had experience with this company before so it was great that they were able to help me out when my current employer didn't want us there anymore.
They did not provide as much support or training that we needed for our first quarter of work at their new location which made working harder than expected.
We also had a lot more turnover which caused some confusion about what roles each person should be doing. It's good that they are willing to train people but sometimes you get stuck…

I like that the recruiter is very honest and open to communicating with me. I've had a good experience with Tech Observer so far. They're very good about giving me feedback and providing me with a realistic idea of my expected salary. I don't like that they take a long time to fill the positions I'm applying for. I apply for a lot of positions from a variety of companies and Tech Observer is the only one that takes a long time to fill their positions.

The recruiters are all super nice; it makes everything go more smoothly when you have someone as friendly answering your calls or emails instead than being yelled at/barked orders by management level employees who just got there way too fast! Great group everyone should be treated this well : )
