Solid Bid Generation Tool, Excellent Customer Support
The software is easy-to use with great customer support! I like how it allows me customize my proposal as needed (and send out multiple versions if necessary). You can also schedule your email reminders which helps keep deadlines in check when using this app compared others available online/in office suites or other programs such as MS Word etc.. There are some minor glitches here & there but they get fixed quickly by their team members so don't worry too much about those little things - just focus more of what works best instead :) Our organization has never had an issue generating accurate bids from our suppliers without having someone manually edit them each week / month afterwards since we started utilizing pro quote's services back then 5 years ago now.
- Easy to navigate, quick turnaround time for proposals being sent via emaillinks directly into supplier inbox within seconds after you click submit button ! Also love that all quotations come complete w price lists attached along side product info sheets included inside quotes automatically generated upon submitting quotation request form through website link provided at top right hand corner once clicked..all done very professionally looking!!
