I love this pan! In a pandemic, I'm not one to take the pandemic lightly and not like going to the store, to the store. This cookbook helped me cook my first 9 pound butterfly turkey with ease. The leaf is strong, easy to peel and wide enough for a butterfly turkey with a layer of stuffing! would recommend.
