Hit or Miss Detail Tools

We bought one and it worked fine, it was too flimsy and you have to do it quickly or it gets too soft but it was manageable, we bought a few more and it cannot be used, is almost as runny as honey or thick jam, too runny, leaks, sticks to hands and is difficult to remove.
