Review on LJXZXMY Squeegee Surfaces Adjustable 30XDisposable by Roy Cook

I tried really hard to like this thing but I just can't. Starting with the fact that the instructions are just one video on the list so forget sending this to someone like my 85 year old parents who will never find let alone look at it. All mopping pads are in Chinese and also have an expiration date of 4/2021 (this review was written on Jun 21) - Huh? What can leak in mops? Strange. Aside from the direction, which isn't great because the assembly of the handle becomes obvious when you remove the black connectors in each section and plug them together, it doesn't feel tight. When you use the squeegee the center of the squeegee pops out so I have to keep it lower than is comfortable to press on. Stupid. How it actually works: not very well. I ordered this because we have 2 dogs and thought it would be great for the mats and rugs they like to lie on. Not correct. It doesn't collect hairs in rubber tabs - at least in my case, it knocks them off the carpet so you'll still need a vacuum or vacuum to pick them up. Absolutely NO "carpet rake". How much time and effort will I save if I can only use a vacuum or a brush head on a vacuum to begin with? Or go back old school, take 'em outside and shake 'em up. I use the mop pads that came with this thing (although I already have 2 different sized swiffers that do the same thing) and then throw it away. ** Thank you for reading this review and I hope it is helpful! **
