Wow - they were VERY easy to install (3M double sided tape), they are invisible under my cabinets and turn on with the remote! The remote has a timer so they turn off automatically without you having to turn them off. Also, they're LED - pretty bright and just right for under-cabinet placement. I have a huge kitchen with tons of upper and lower cabinets and a double crown. If the crown didn't go all the way to the ceiling I would install it higher. I order two sets and it took less than 5 minutes and BOTH sets turn on and off with just one remote! I don't need to use the 2nd remote that came with the 2nd set of lights. The batteries will probably last in excess of 6 months and to replace them simply pull the flashlight out of the holder (3M double-sided tape keeps it in place), replace the batteries and put them back in the holder. Just give it a try - it can transform your kitchen and it's a very easy, quick and inexpensive DIY project - no screws, no wires, no damage to the cabinet.
