while it works fine. need to check sous vide better

these bags work fine for me. I usually take rolls and cut them to size, but sometimes you need a quick and easy wrap. What I can't say yet is how they hold up to long brews of sound. I've tried several different bag makers (including brands as well as lesser known cheaper bags) and what has ALWAYS happened is the bags literally fall apart after about 24 hours of cooking. They decompose on the outside (fortunately not on the inside!) and leave behind plastic sand in the container and in all submerged parts of the sous vide machine, inside and out. So far none of them have lost their integrity but cleaning is a nightmare and I don't like all that nonsense being pumped in and out of a sous vide setup like this. 24 hours may seem like a long time, but there are many recipes for ribs etc that are designed to last 48 hours or more. The bag company that has earned my undying devotion is the one that can finally provide me with a bag that can withstand these long preparations. I haven't had a chance to try long cooking with this bag yet. I have an update coming.
