Works well, a bit small

Well made and thick material that lasts a long time. They hold a vacuum well. However, the size makes them too small for bulkier items like sweaters and sweatshirts. But as a space-saving device for on the go, they are a great tool.

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Excellent bags with notch easy to open.

Really good bags. As another reviewer pointed out, the notch is at the bottom of the bag. A simple fix is to tear it apart a bit first to allow the bag to inflate again. The food moves to the side and you can open it. I think they made it so you can cut it smaller if you have a smaller amount of food.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Negative gift

Great price great quality great price

Unfortunately I couldn't use this with venison this year but I was able to repack meat from a shop that was open and need repacking. - sealed and they worked great. 3.5 mil is high performance. I've had 0 problems sealing anything. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, they will not bring you luck in this area.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Good but not great

Great Bags with Opening Strips

Just tried them and they're great. heavy plastic. They are closed very well and have a notch so you can open them. The only problem I see is the notch on the bottom of the bag. So when you put the food in and seal it, it lands right opposite where you want to rip off the bag to open it. There may be a problem.

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • Embarrassing

Pre-sealed on three sides. Open from below. Made in Taiwan. 3.5 mil

If you mouse over the image you can barely see some of the "lines". The back of the bag is textured with lines while the front is plain. The bags are sealed at the top and sides and open at the bottom. I have liter packs and they measure just under 8.25 x 11.75 inches. There are 44 bags in a box. Plastic 3.5mm thick. They are made in Taiwan. There is a notch to open it, but if you want to reuse the bag, better open it with scissors so you can cut across.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

while it works fine. need to check sous vide better

these bags work fine for me. I usually take rolls and cut them to size, but sometimes you need a quick and easy wrap. What I can't say yet is how they hold up to long brews of sound. I've tried several different bag makers (including brands as well as lesser known cheaper bags) and what has ALWAYS happened is the bags literally fall apart after about 24 hours of cooking. They decompose on the outside (fortunately not on the inside!) and leave behind plastic sand in the container and in all…

  • weight
Cons
  • some little things
