This is an Intel original cooling solution for 115X processors. It was made by Foxconn for Intel and it says Intel on the box (and product). It draws 0.55A. In comparison, the original fan that came with my i7 is rated at 0.17A. The heatsink is much taller and dissipates heat very efficiently. The processor remains 20 °C (approx. 40 °F) lower under full load than with the original heatsink. It is significantly louder under full load of the CPU, but otherwise quiet. Replacing the original heatsink with this one takes less than a minute after opening the PC case. The motherboard does not need to be removed.
