I needed a purse/bag for college that would allow me to pack a bunch of items in the bag and be organized, and that I felt comfortable carrying around with my backpack. I am not a flashy purse/bag type of girl and I also wanted it to be big enough to fit all my junk. I got the smaller black bag and the ONLY thing I dislike about it is the velcro closure. I wish it had a magnetic button on the front flap instead, but other than that small feature, I really like this bag. I can fit my big wallet, my bag that holds little life necessities like chapsticks, clippers, small scissors, etc., and then my girly bag that holds girly stuff - haha! That's what I use one compartment for. Then there's another compartment that I put a calculator (if needed), pen
