permanent replacement; Take out your old one first

On my bus the screws that hold my old one in place are under the doorstep of the van and I have no interest in removing them! Consequently, I installed it about 1.5 inches from the ideal position. But glad that a good step has been taken! (Bring your own screws. Your old ones will rust.)
