I have owned this camera for several years. Takes very good pictures. Very high resolution. More than 1800 pictures can be recorded on a 2 GB SD card. I'm sure there are other digital cameras out there with more features, but this one is great for most applications. As I said, this is a very high resolution. It always works great for me. You can also use it to record videos! Although I have a Sony camcorder for it. However, you have the option to record videos. It works fine too. I use mine almost exclusively for photography and it works great for that. I also bought two more batteries that also came with a charger because I lost my charger in Las Vegas a few years ago. Now I have 3 batteries and a great charger. I bought the charger and two batteries here at Revain for about $9. Excellent price. Yes, I know this review is for the Kodak EASYSHARE C763 digital camera, but FYI you can also get TWO MORE BATTERIES AND A CHARGER for this camera for less than $10! Like I said it will last over $1800. Photos from a 2GB SD card. Three batteries and over 1800 photos, you can shoot all day long! If I want to get a great shot of a particular scene/subject, I'll take about 30 or more shots from slightly different angles, then find a few good ones and delete the rest once I've downloaded them to my computer. Plus, downloading it to your computer is EASY, no software required. Simply insert your SD card into your computer's card reader and drag and drop it onto your desktop or folder you created. easy easy easy I like my camera very much, it has never let me down or let me down. It takes great pictures with no loss of quality. I'm not a professional photographer, but for everything I've used, this works GREAT! Two thumbs up!
