This cat tree was delivered in a not very large but very heavy box. There were many parts so I laid everything out on the table and floor and took my time assembling it. I made sure I read the instructions very carefully and used the correct parts for each part of the build process. All the parts were there, and there were even a few extra parts. The tree is very high quality processed, it is not difficult to assemble. Took me a little over an hour. There is a chipboard smell that should go away in a few weeks. It looks great and my cats love it! worth your money!
