Remove "Smart " from the name of this item

When I see "Smart" these days I think of app control or maybe voice control via Alexa (or Google) and this air purifier isn't intelligent this sense. They don't even elaborate on what they think "smart" means, or at least not enough to explain to me what it means from their perspective. The instructions that came with this air purifier are abysmal, although this is not an isolated case - so many items come with horrible instructions that there really must be an agency overseeing the technical manuals that ship with electronic devices! I'm joking a little, but no. Manuals should be read and reread by several people before printing and packaging such an item. Customers rely on understanding their new gadget by reading the manual that comes with it, and frankly, that's a bad thing. It explains very little and is completely confusing. Other than that, it's not rocket science with on/off, speed, timer, etc. Does the highest setting seem too harsh? The point is to suck in air which is then filtered which removes pollutants/allergens/dandruff and other particles from the air and it seems to me that really higher/heavy intake just clogs the filter faster and lets some particles through at the same time Time. just because the air is moving too fast. This is of course my opinion - I could be wrong. Now I finally have another smaller air purifier next to my bed because I have sinus issues when I'm trying to sleep. This air purifier seems to work really well for my bedroom. I can't say I've seen the same results with this air purifier that I have in my living room.
