The software is very detailed. It allows you to see every employee with a lot of details and it is very easy to use. I am able to find any employee quickly when I need to do so. You can also print the report directly from the program. This is an excellent system for companies that don't have many employees because it makes it easier to keep up with them all. When it comes to my job, I can pull up information about almost everyone at once. I used to have to spend a lot of time searching through paper records to find certain information but now everything is easily done and available at the click of a button.
